1. Payment and Attendance

1.1 The first month of lessons is paid per lesson.
Starting from the second month, classes are paid in advance, once a month.
You calculate the expected number of classes based on your schedule (taking into account vacations, business trips, etc.) and make a prepayment.
All excused absences are credited and recalculated in the following month.

1.2 No more than one cancellation per month is allowed without a valid reason (such as illness or force majeure).
You may also reschedule one lesson per month, which must be made up no later than the end of the following month.

1.3 If the prepayment is not made on time (or if you prefer to pay per lesson), your place in the schedule is not reserved.

1.4 For students with rotating or irregular work schedules, or frequent business trips (when absences exceed 30% of planned lessons), classes are paid per lesson and held at the teacher’s available times.

2. Important Notes

2.1 If you are more than 5 minutes late, the missed time is not compensated.

2.2 Please inform me in advance about any cancellation or rescheduling — ideally by 11:00 p.m. the day before — by phone at +48 733 739 470.
This helps me avoid losing working time.
Messages sent via Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS are not considered notice unless you receive a confirmation reply from the teacher.

2.3 If a lesson is cancelled less than two hours before it starts or without any notice, the full fee is charged and non-refundable.
